The very nature of our business model - limited edition, architect-designed homes - means that Lifespaces Group homes are not usually on display. However, it is possible to view a Lifespaces Group house during the construction phase.

What a year! We’re delighted with what we’ve achieved in 2018, the second full year in business for Lifespaces Group.

We have completed our first Bluestone House and Scandi House and we have projects operating across Melbourne, the Surfcoast, Bellarine and Mt Eliza. We are preparing to complete several of these homes in the new year.

The Courtyard House of the Auhaus Release by Lifespaces Group announced as the most-viewed project of 2018 on Arch Daily! Arch Daily is the world’s biggest architecture platform, with 13.6 million visitors from around the world every month.

With two years under our belt, we - the directors of Lifespaces Group - have taken some time to reflect on what we have learned, and what we’ve achieved.

We’re delighted to share some preview imagery of the first completed Bluestone House by Lifespaces Group. Built in Jan Juc, this two-storey limited edition design by Auhaus Architecture is awash with natural light.

The balanced composition of meticulously clad raw Victorian bluestone and black timber battening is a real standout featuresof this design.
