A Preview Of The First Completed Bluestone House

We’re delighted to share some preview images of the first completed Bluestone House by Lifespaces Group. Built in Jan Juc, this two-storey limited edition design by Auhaus Architecture is awash with natural light.

The balanced composition of meticulously clad raw Victorian bluestone and black timber battening is a real standout feature of this design.

The Bamstone bluestone imbues the house with immutable strength, whilst the soaring ceilings, concrete flooring and Australian sustainable hardwood add softness, textural dimension and heightened sense of space.

The Bluestone House features luxurious touches including premium Swiss V-Zug appliances, hand-crafted Sussex taps and Neolith sintered stone surfaces.

Lifespaces Group build just ten homes of each unique design, and only four Bluestone Houses remain. The other Bluestone Houses are currently underway in Melbourne and on the Surf Coast/Bellarine Peninsula.

The Bluestone House is one of LifeSpaces Group’s best-selling designs for its aesthetically pleasing appeal, compact footprint, and considered use of space. The Scandi House and Courtyard House designs have also been extremely popular.
