Wrapping 2018

What a year! We’re delighted with what we’ve achieved in 2018, the second full year in business for Lifespaces Group.

We have completed our first Bluestone House and Scandi House and we have projects operating across Melbourne, the Surfcoast, Bellarine and Mornington Peninsula. We are preparing to complete several of these homes in the new year.

The Courtyard House was 2018’s most viewed project on the world’s biggest architecture website, ArchDaily. ArchDaily has approximately 13.6 million website visitors each month from around the globe, enabling incredible exposure for this Barwon Heads builder!

In addition, Lifespaces Group has just been awarded Runner Up Kitchen Of The Year in the Dwell Best Of Design Awards for 2018. Dwell is a prestigious US-based design and architecture publication.

Both announcements cap off a great second year in business, adding further support for our unique business model, which is focussed on making premium domestic architecture more accessible.

Lifespaces Group commissions leading architects to design a signature series of limited-edition, luxury homes. Each series is distinct and varied - a true reflection of the architect's design ethos. Each home is then handcrafted exactly as envisioned. To maintain exclusivity, only ten homes of each design will ever be built. Premium building techniques, modern finishes and quality fittings are integral to each project.  

This approach to home building is unlike any other in the Australian building industry.

With new suppliers on board and the soon-to-be-announced launch of our second architects’ release, the Lifespaces appeal is set to broaden in 2019. We’re planning some exciting new designs suited to smaller inner city lots in both double and single-level floor plans.

Lifespaces Group projects can be seen in several Melbourne suburbs including Kew, Hawthorn, Ashburton Northcote, Thornbury as well as the Surf Coast, Geelong, Bellarine and Mornington Peninsula.
