Introducing The Auhaus Release

Welcome to Lifespaces Group. We're a boutique developer based in Barwon Heads, and we're passionate about making inspiring architecture accessible.

In a first for the Australian building industry, Lifespaces Group commissions leading architects to design a signature series of limited edition, ready-to-build homes. These homes are designed without compromise - they are a true reflection of each architect's design ethos.

Lifespaces Group then builds each home exactly as the architect envisioned. To maintain exclusivity, only 10 of each design will ever be built.

The result brings some of Australia's most inspiring domestic architecture within reach.

The Auhaus Release consists of five designs and is the result of an incredibly rigorous design process. The series features highly crafted spaces, refined finishes, and the flexibility to fit most standard residential blocks.

The Courtyard House (pictured) is currently under construction in Barwon Heads.
